Press release
1th anniversary refugees protest camp, Hannover.
One year of solidarity against ignorance and inequality.
While Hannover is making its propaganda for mien Hannover 2030, during this year since May 2014, we could understand and know in a very practical way that officials and politicians in this city have no any kind of sense or idea about: what does human dignity mean.
It is a very shameful ignorance for our demands which submitted to the officials and politicians in Hannover and in Niedersachsen in June 2014. See:
https://fluechtlingscamphannover.wordpress.com/category/info-material/declaration-juni-2014/
It is a shameful ignorance. Der Oberbürgermeister Herr Stefan Schostok and Frau Doris Schröder-Köpf Landesbeauftragte für Migration und Teilhabe from (SPD) know, Frau Filiz Polat stellvertretende Fraktionsvorsitzende Sprecherin für Migration und Flüchtlinge knows, but they did not do any thing. SPD and Green party they are the political rulers here in this state. We know: if we were (Money papers or Gold coins), we sure they will never let us stay all this time without a concrete solution, but unfortunately we are not.
Refugee protest camp in Hannover is a reminder, to remind the society here that: those who name themselves as responsible persons, actually: they are not, and we have the evidence: they could not give a clear answer for our questions about our rights and dignity, and they hide themselves behind the legal and political excuses.
Ladies and gentlemen it is a moral question, we absolutely sure that politicians and officials in this city have the capabilities, authorities and the power to solve the problem but they did not, because they deeply do believe, in terms of humanity, we are not equal to their children, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and friends. Perhaps each one of us is a half-human or probably less. (If there is a will, there is always a way). But they have no political willing.
We are raising our voice now through this press release, to invite all activists, supporters, human rights defenders, friends and media to join us in our 1th anniversary in refugee protest camp Hannover, which will be held in June, and the program will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
Our rights, right here and right now.
